| General description【一般描述】 | 該衰老細胞免疫組化染色試劑盒包含衰老細胞檢測所需的全部試劑。其檢測原理是通過免疫組化染色法檢測β-半乳糖苷酶在pH 6下的活性。在衰老細胞中可以檢測到β-半乳糖苷酶的活性，而在休眠細胞、永生細胞或腫瘤細胞中則檢測不到其活性。 |
